Different methods of physical activities in the large cities – ideas and advices

Today our towns are more and more impure, however surprisingly there are human bings who are trying to reverse this tendency. Many of them don’t use cars for the city movement.
There are many models of bikes; for travelling in the town the most popular is a ordinary town bicycle which takes us from one place to another, but there are more definited bikes. That depends on what purpose we need a bicycle is it for travel, physical activity or sport (or for example extreme sport). Custom single speed bikes are more useful for long distances and for the town we have got city bicycles (mens city bike and city bike for femals – they are different in construction which correspond with the human body). Mens city bike is more dynamic (men are usually stronger than female and the female type is more handy (it allows to ride with your back place straighter than in mens city bike). In custom single speed bikes these differences are not that big, but noticeable. Nowadays a solid bicycle is a very costly equipment, therefore it is a good thing to consult this issue with more experienced person. If we don’t have got a large place to keep our bike we can lend one. In many towns there are bicycles for rent, you can use it as long as you want and then pay for it (of’course you need to register first in the town base). If you don’t admire bicycles you can go on foot or begin to do nordic walking, it is a method of walking with two sticks, that kind of exercise is not very expensive and you don’t need to be in a good shape to start doing it. It is a fantastic sport for all human beings with problems with their backbone, nevertheless it is worth to notice that in the nordic walking we should place sticks in the proper way to have a right posture while this activity. It is advisable to take one or two lessons before we started to do this sport.

Every way of physical activity is good for our health. It is an outstansding thing to do a little of outdoor sport, meet with the other people with whom we can share our passions and just be happy.
